Hey Cassandra, thanks for the invite! Magic middles are a soft chocolate cookie with a peanut butter center! I'll be glad the share the recipe - will try to blog it in the next day or two - it is adapted from King Arthur (flour company, not hunk of Camelot fame). Will check on Gryff's chat and may pop in with treats.
